Only meetups are available. 

• Only SG dollars are accepted.
• Payment only in cash.
• Payment via meet up or bank transfer, account number will be given upon confirmation. 
• No backing out after orders are confirmed. 
• No MIA after orders are confirmed.
• No handphones = No orders.
• Please bring the exact amount as i do not have change all the time.
• Meetup dates only at my convenience. ( I'm still a student, do note that i do have tight schedules )
• Changing of venue/time/date, please inform me 4hrs before hand.
• No payment = No order. ( That's the meaning of preorder )
• Items are all preorder unless stated.
• Please be patient and wait for your item to be ready. No patience = No order.
• Confirmed order = No cancelling 
• No refunds are allowed.
• No nego of prices.
• Check ur order form before submitting, no cancelling after sending in your order form.
• All order forms are to be send to my handphone (94791541)
• If u did not turn up for th meetup, ur $ and items will be confiscated and will be blacklisted. A charge of $5/item is needed t redeem ur items and t remove ur name from th blacklist.
• Please bear the consequences of being blacklisted if MIA, back out, cancel etc.

Greendale Secondary, Punggol MRT/LRT (Only when there's school or at my convenience )
Starting from Sengkang, every MRT/LRT station i go to will be a charge of $0.30, every transfer of train will be a additional charge of $1. ( Dont worry, I'll go by th shortest route (: )

I can do a delivery to ur doorstep with a additional charge of $10 and meetup charge of those place.
